ROCKPORT CITY PARK GAZEBO RENTAL AGREEMENT
We appreciate your use of the Gazebo in Rockport City Park. We try to keep the rental price within everyone’s budget, $50.00 rental fee, with a $25.00 refundable deposit. One of the ways to accomplish this is to help us keep the gazebo and surrounding areas clean. You will have use of the restrooms in the community building within normal restroom hours. The Parks Board sets all rules and regulations which the renter must adhere to. If you have a complaint about the gazebo, or the services received, you are invited to attend a Parks Board meeting. Please rent the gazebo at or call the Rockport City Hall Clerk Treasurer’s office at 812-649-2242 ext. 3 for rental information or information regarding the date and time of the next Parks Board Meeting.
RULES FOR USE OF THE GAZEBO
- The Gazebo should be left as clean as you found it.
- Trash should be taken to the dumpster (on the hill beyond the community building next to the garage).
- The gazebo should be swept.
- Check the restrooms for messes left from your event and clean up after your attendees.
- Please report any messes to city hall so that they can be dealt with in a timely manner.
