Richard Hedrick Pool

FEE AND PAYMENT:
The rental fee for the pool is $200.00 plus any applicable taxes or fees. The total amount is due at the time this agreement is signed by the renter. All checks should be payable to the City of Rockport.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation is required a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the time of the party (except in the case of inclement weather).

RENTAL HOURS:
Rental hours are 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All areas must be vacated by all in your party by 8:00 p.m. The guards will blow the whistle at 7:50 p.m. There are NO exceptions. Failure to comply will result in the loss of future pool rental privileges.

POOL RULES:
Per state regulations, the pool is limited to a maximum of 100 persons, according to the size of the city pool. This is for safety and insurance reasons. All pool rules apply during the party. The concession stand is closed at this time. NO alcoholic beverages are allowed. NO flotation devices are permitted. If it is determined a child’s swimming ability is not adequate, they will be asked to leave the diving area.
